The Thread Through My Work
Whether I am writing a scientific paper, a book, or working with someone through INR, I am asking the same thing: how does this relate to everything else that shaped the person in front of me?
I look for the bridges. That is where I often find the fuller picture.

Integrative Neural Repatterning
Integrative Neural Repatterning is a guided process I developed for people who feel overwhelmed by emotions or reactions they may understand clearly, only partly understand, or have no idea where they are coming from.
Each session is individualized. We work with what is showing up for you, with the goal of helping you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change in how you feel, respond, and move through your life.
