Stories and workbooks that help people understand themselves, make sense of what they’ve lived through, and create something new from that understanding.
View Books →I bring evidence from different sciences into conversation and look at how the pieces relate. My published and developing research follows those connections wherever they lead.
Explore Research →For moments when you understand the pattern and the emotion still overwhelms you. INR helps bring who you are now into relationship with the experiences that shaped you then.
Learn About INR →Understanding the pattern is one thing. Sometimes you need a space to work through what keeps happening.
Private sessions for focused, individualized work using Integrative Neural Repatterning. A space to untangle, understand, and move forward with clarity.
Book a One-on-One Session →A guided shared space for exploring emotional patterns, triggers, and the experiences that continue to shape how you respond today. Connection, insight, and support, together.
View Group Sessions →Whether I am writing a scientific paper, a book, or working with someone through INR, I am asking the same thing: how does this relate to everything else that shaped the person in front of me?
I look for the bridges. That is where I often find the fuller picture.
Do you have moments when emotions such as grief, anger, shame, or fear become overwhelming? Do you understand where a pattern came from and still feel yourself reacting from it? Have you changed how you see yourself while an earlier version of you still seems to show up in the present?
Integrative Neural Repatterning is a guided process I developed for people who feel overwhelmed by emotions or reactions they may understand clearly, only partly understand, or have no idea where they are coming from.
Each session is individualized. We work with what is showing up for you, with the goal of helping you understand yourself more deeply and create meaningful change in how you feel, respond, and move through your life.
Alchemizing Chaos takes this work into a twelve-week group experience. We learn together, recognize patterns in real time, and practice turning insight into something we can actually live.
Explore Alchemizing Chaos, my children’s books for neurodivergent children and the adults who once needed those stories, and the rest of my published work.
My Substack is where I write while the questions are still alive. Follow the developing ideas, research reflections, and connections I am exploring between books and papers.
